21st ANNUAL EMPTY BOWLS EVENT RAISES $19,000

On Friday, October 14th the Arizona Clay Association hosted its 21st annual Empty Bowls event at the Arizona Center for the benefit of Waste Not.  It was another beautiful day and another outstanding event featuring a spectacular array of bowls and boutique items.  Patrons enjoyed shopping for their favorite bowl and a delicious lunch of Roasted Vegetable Salad or Spicy Chicken Pasta donated by Sam’s Café.   All clay for the event was donated by Laguna Clay and Marjon Ceramics.  This popular event raised $19,000 to help support Waste Not’s mission of feeding the hungry men, women and children of our Valley.

We thank the loyal members of Arizona Clay who donate their time and talent to this annual event and we thank all participating sponsors for another fantastic year!
