Hello Everyone ~

Welcome to our beautiful new web site.  Our thanks and gratitude to I-ology, our partner in bringing this site to life.  We have long awaited this upgrade which we hope you will enjoy as much as we are.  Visually, it is stunning and we hope you find it easy to navigate as well as full of helpful information on our organization and our mission.

Because Waste Not is a behind-the-scenes operation, it is a challenge to observe exactly what we do, which is a logistical marvel, as we transfer on average 6,000 pounds of food per day from those who do not need or want it to those who do.  We hope our Home Page video will give you an insight into the impact that our nutritious and life-sustaining deliveries make on the hungry men, women and children of our Valley.

I’m also very excited to tell you that in response to a $50,000 grant request for a replacement truck, which we desperately need, the Wal-Mart Foundation has issued Waste Not a challenge grant in the amount of $25,000 for the purchase of a new vehicle, asking us to find matching funds to complete the purchase within the next few months.

By working together, we can make this happen!  I’d like to ask for your support with this very exciting opportunity.  You can conveniently make a donation online or mail in a donation as well.  Every donation matters, no matter how large nor how small.  We need to replace one of our trucks that has more than 200,000 miles on it in order to sustain our deliveries to those who depend upon us daily for hope as well as sustenance.
