FEAST OF THE SEVEN FISHES COOKING EVENT WITH
SASSI CHEF PETER DERUVO

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Learn to create a traditional Italian holiday dinner, Feast of the Seven Fishes, with Sassi Chef Peter DeRuvo at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 19 at Whole Foods Market located at 7111 E. Mayo Blvd. in Scottsdale.

Sassi Chef DeRuvo will demonstrate how to cook and prepare three seafood dishes from the Italian holiday feast. Guests will experience tastings of the three courses paired with wines, along with the opportunity to learn one-on-one from the executive chef.

Recipe cards for all seven courses of the Feast of the Seven Fishes in addition to truffles will be provided at the cooking demonstration as take-home gifts.

The Sassi cooking event at Whole Foods Market is $15 and all proceeds will be donated to Waste Not. Space is limited and reservations are required by registering at sp.sct.marketing@wholefoods.com.
